Tender Contracts Co ordinator Requirement
A large Basingstoke based company providing Diagnostic Solutions in the Pharmacutical Industry have an opening for a Tender Contracts Co ordinator .
Main Accountabilities
" Support Industry Secretary in producing Industry Quotes (systems and via QMS for reagents)
" Manage UK Procurement Hub accounts
" Liaise with contacts at Prime Contractors
" Training and support Product Specialists in the use of Quotestream & QMS
" Complete all standard questions within PQQ
" Update internal PQQ and SID databases
" Maintain current and historical data for the tracking of Tenders and MSCs
" Support the Tenders & Contracts Manager, Clinical Sales Manager & Contract Managers
" Provide cover to ensure that secretarial support is maintained during staff absences.
" Provide cover for reception during holidays and sickness.
" Assist in any duty within the company as is reasonably requested.

The ideal candidate will have -
" Excellent administration skills
" Expereince from a contracts or legal background
" High level of IT - MS Office and Excel
" Financial Analysis skills
" Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
" SAP experience
