The Surveyor/Project Manager job itself which reports to Ops Directors but enjoys much autonomy as you client relationships, survey/inspect/assess, win jobs, and deliver projects in damp proofing and associated areas. Responsibilities are challenging and varied, the team is supportive and culture is great. The scope of surveying and project management includes damp proof surveying
structural crack stitching (potentially utilising Helifix), wall tie surveying, underground waterproofing, timber – rot surveying and treatment. Plus of course maintaining project files (program/status, financials, health and safety and quality assurance), and managing client and any subcontractor relationships.

You will have

5+ years related surveying and project management/coordination experience ideally within property preservation, restoration or remediation specialist. You will have expertise in one or more of the following: damp proof surveying, structural crack stitching, wall tie surveying, underground waterproofing, timber – rot surveying and treatment. A good standard of Education. Plus good IT skills in MS Office & industry specific software. You will be well rounded for technical, leadership and customer service skills. You will demonstrate initiative and ability to multi-task and hit deadlines.
