We are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join an exceptional team of people with a remarkable passion to make a difference. The role will be based in Leicestershire but with weekly travel to London/site visits within the South East Region.

This generalist HR role will involve managing complex employee relations cases, recruitment, engagement with senior stakeholders and analysis and reporting of information.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Wide and varied experience of multiple fields within HR e.g. employee relations, change management, pay & reward, recruitment, diversity and training
Ability to gather data, compile and analyse information and prepare reports
CIPD membership
Strong interpersonal skills, resilient and tenacious
Ability to plan and organise workload, and undertake multiple tasks simultaneously to meet required targets and deadlines
Confidence when building relationships and influencing key stakeholders
High level of confidentiality, literacy, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
Self motivated with the ability and initiative to take ownership and accountability for achieving departmental goals
Strong team player
Strong computer skills with intermediate / advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
The ability to travel independently
