Position: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Wantage (OX12)
Salary: £17,000 – £22,000 per annum (£30K OTE)
Hours: Monday – Friday (9:30 am – 5:30 pm)
Experience: Sales, B2B, B2C, Customer Service, Telesales, Telemarketing, Field Sales

Opportunity:

An independent Wantage-based business specialising in assisting fledgling businesses expand their territory across UK & Europe are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team.

These guys work with a host of brand names including (but not limited to) Lamborghini and YouView, with a view to focusing on market entry strategy, growing revenue, attracting investment, and accelerating acquisition. Working with both elite and lesser known brands, through a combination of building direct consumer relationships, strategy, expertise and sales, this business pride themselves working with clients in a bid to grow revenue and deliver results.

Due to recent growth, this business are looking for the next big thing in sales. Whilst sales experience is desirable, your role is to engage with retailers, e-commerce partners and distribution partners in a bid to maximise your clients revenue. It is for this reason that you will need to have the confidence, motivation and consistency to drive sales whilst also delivering on the company promise for success.

Ultimately sales experience will lend itself to the expectation that this won’t be a straightforward challenge. If you are looking for a new role within an independent whereby you won’t be just ‘a number’, this independent could be for you! Whilst you will be expected to achieve results, if you have the resilience, entrepreneurship and self-belief to make a difference, these are all endearing qualities that will stand you in good stead.

Requirements:

  • Sound communicator with a sound academic background
  • Able to recognise the importance of joining an independent with big ideas
  • A genuine desire to forge a career within sales (existing sales experience is desirable)
  • A real relationship builder, someone that is not easily flustered when speaking to affluent clients
  • Always happy to wear a smile even on a bad day
  • Articulate professional with a strong grasp of written and verbal English
