We have a great opportunity for a Rides Manager to join a well-known leisure group at an iconic venue in the South East.
The role:
To ensure the overall efficient running of the operation, retaining the high standards and customer service expected.
Responsibilities:
- To supervise all aspects of the rides department and the daily management of the rides
- Effectively manage your team to ensure responsibilities and tasks are implemented to the high standards required
- Responsible for all Health & safety and planned and preventative maintenance
- Team motivation
- Support recruitment and training as necessary
- Control all relevant department costings
Candidate criteria:
- Commercially astute
- Experience of working in the leisure industry
- Strong communication skills both externally and within the company
- Excellent builder and maintainer of relationships
- Efficient, reliable and highly responsible
