PERMANENT POSITION - 1034/93

Registered Manager
Deeside
Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hrs)
Salary: £32,000+ p.a

Our client, a national health care provider is looking for a Registered Manager with experience in Complex Care needs for their site situated close to Deeside. This home caters for individuals with Complex Care and Autism so previous experience in running a small home with service users who have these needs is required.

The ideal candidate will be expected to take full ownerships of the service and also make sure that the Company's Ethics of Excellence code is met and adhered too. You will need experience in social care and supporting people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism and acquired brain injury.  You will also need to have a minimum of four years’ experience within the relevant field and a minimum of three years management experience and a professional Qualification at Level 5 in Care or Management. Due to location of the site a Welsh speaker is desirable but not essential for this role but a sound knowledge of CSSIW is essential. 

In this role you will be required to be highly flexible and participate in the 24 hour on-call rotational system providing management support to staff and person-centered approaches to the people who use our services.
