Job Description
This is a field based role in Central England working for a well known pub company.
The Role:
- Management of the day to day reactive and planned property maintenance programme
- Working in conjunction with the Customer Support Manager to communicate any maintenance issues and rectify with minimal disruption
- Manage wholesale property developments to drive growth, stakeholder expectations and comply with statutory legislation
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall maintenance programme
- Co-ordinate the annual property maintenance plan from initial planning and budgeting through to completion
- Undertake full budget management
- Work with commercial services to ensure properties are fit for purpose
- Select and plan the use of external contractors & consultants to deliver most effective property maintenance
- Demonstrate continuous improvement by inspiring the company and customers to be innovative
- Develop positive relationships with customers
- Assist the Head of Property to constantly evolve and improve processes
Candidate criteria:
§ Great project and time management skills
§ Excellent IT knowledge
§ Experience of contract administration and negotiations
§ Ideally you will have a background in the licensed hospitality industry
§ Sound commercial and financial awareness
§ A passion for customer service
Relevant Qualifications
§ CIOB
§ MRICS
§ Understanding of the Law of Dilapidations
§ Understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act
Salary: £45 - £50K plus car and benefits
