Our client, a market leader within the building and construction materials industry is looking to recruit 3 project coordinators to join their new vibrant team. You will be at the fore front of an exciting large scale project and given the opportunity to really put your mark on it!
The main accountabilities for the role are:
- Compiling and managing the programme plan, including tracking the status of deliverable and milestones.
- Maintaining programme level risk and coordination and ensuring they are captured and reflected on the RAID log
- Managing capture, collation and answering queries / questions from software vendors.
- To event manage all vendor visits
- Working with the programme manager & change manager in determining the mechanisms to be utilised for the change management and training of all aspects of the new system.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working on large scale projects
- Have experience of events planning & coordination
- Be confident dealing with stakeholders of all levels
- Be competent using RAID logs
