Our Client, with a wealth of experience in Cloud Hosting, who have been established for fifteen years are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service/Internal Sales Executive. You will be Self Motivated and definitely a good team player. It would be fantastic if the successful candidate will have a background in IT, however the ability to understand IT Services and learn very quickly would equally be important. You must be confident in dealing with enquiries in this arena. You will receive internal sales enquiries from potential customers, you will advise them on hosting products/services and quote them for the services. You will then follow through with quotes through to Sale stage.
You will be a natural in up-selling and cross-selling business and happy to support the Sales and Account Managers where required.
You will ensure that all leads associated with sales is captured correctly for future reference.
The tasks associated with this element are listed below;
• Log all sales enquiries and updates on the CRM system ensuring the following information is captured; client name, telephone number, geographical location, nature of enquiry, and if a new sales enquiry – how they heard about us.
• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Inform/update Team Leader with any outstanding issues daily
You will be charismatic, hard working, have a mature attitude and a good work ethic. You will sound great on the phone and work really well in a team.
They will reward you with a good commission structure on top of a basic salary between £18,000-£21,000, a laptop and iPhone.
