We’re looking for Dutch speaking Customer service advisors to join a growing company in Kettering, Northampton.
You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls from our customers, process orders, communicate with our suppliers, maintain our customer database and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be given 3 months training when you first join, along with continued refresher training courses during your employment, to make sure you’re able to support our customers on a variety of questions.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a level of customer service skills for this position.
This is a permanent position, working full-time hours including occasional Saturdays between 8 am – 7 pm. Offering a basic salary of £17,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonus and relocation package if required.
The company is based on the edge of Kettering and is commutable from Northampton, Leicester, Coventry, Milton Keynes, Rugby and Bedford. Free car parking.
