Our client is looking for a confident, hands-on marketer to work across of range of disciplines to deliver creative multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end. This role will be an integral part of this small, fast-paced department.
Job Description
Day to day duties for a Design & Marketing Executive;
- You will be working with the Head of Marketing
- This is a broad role which represents an opportunity for a Design and Marketing Executive to use the full marketing mix to create and deliver multi-channel brand, product and service campaigns
- Production of a range of marketing materials including product literature, catalogues and brochures to increase brand awareness, create product differentiation and generate leads for the sales team
- Ensure content on the website is always up-to-date including high quality images, keyword specific copy and downloads
- Create content for multiple social platforms to develop networks and reach with the online communities
- Organise and direct studio and location photoshoots of both products and people, including post-production of images
- Support the PR strategy, working with the PR consultant, to deliver on-brand, on-message, effective PR campaigns
- Support the CX strategy through understanding customer segmentation, engagement, drivers and touch points to create effective campaigns
- Assist in production of adverts for online and offline titles
- Organise and attend internal events such as product launches as well as external exhibitions as required
- Assist with market research including monitoring competitor activity
- Production of internal communications to engage and educate colleagues such as posters and training documents
- Provide customer support through organising image packs, production of product display boards and bespoke product literature
- Ad hoc projects as and when they arise
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will need to;
- Preferably degree level education or equivalent experience
- Preferably 4 years experience in a B2B environment
- Demonstrable experience of multi-channel marketing activity
- Mac literate and fluent in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator software packages - Microsoft Office would also be advantageous
- A rounded understanding of all marketing communication tools
- Ideas driven individual with team working attributes
- Self-motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confidence to share and implement new ideas
- Ability to work pro-actively and reactively
- Knowledge and experience with key social platforms
- Commercial awareness
- Must hold a clean driving license and be willing to travel occasionally for some aspects of the job which may require overnight stays - i.e. photoshoots, exhibitions, training, marketing events, customers visits etc
- The successful candidate will be knowledgeable, creative and driven. You will bring software skills, ideas, marketing insight and attention to detail to a department that demands a high standard of work
