Customer Service Administrator position available, based in Smethwick - Immediate start!

We are a recycling company based in Smethwick and we are looking for an Customer Services Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. 

You will receive a salary of circa £17,000 per year. Alongside this you will receive benefits such as 28 days holidays including Bank Holidays, pension scheme and free car parking on site.

Based in Smethwick your hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. 

As the Customer Service Administrator within the recycling industry you will be:
* Creating contracts on the Navision system
* Investigating and resolving internal queries
* Routing website queries and incoming calls to the appropriate contact
* Dealing with all administrative customer queries
* Making outbound calls to customers to gain information
* Assisting with Reception cover as and when the company requires
* Carrying out general administration duties

As the Customer Service Administrator within the recycling industry you will be:
* Experience of working in the recycling / construction industry would be an advantage however this is not essential
* Able to work well under pressure and multitask
* Experience of using Microsoft Excel
