Job Description
Online Casino Operations Manager job opening, flexible part remote for a client in the FinTech and eGaming industry with a new head office in central London where you will be based 3 days a week (+ 2 days remote if desired).
To be considered for this relatively new, small and growing company with global consumers, as a minimum we need your profile to demonstrate:
- Expert in Online / Digital Gaming Operational Management
- Player experience, content and game optimisation
- eGaming - Online Casino (is mandatory), either private label or white label
- Cryptocurrency / Blockchain consumer payments (at least personally), KYC, AML
- English language customers and interests in any of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish languages
- Data, Analytics, KPIs including OLAs and SLAs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all mediums and formats
- Close to and commutable to London
