Our client is a growing communications business and an opportunity has opened up for an Account Manager to be the important link between the business and its customers.

The role:
- As part of the sales team you will be responsible for successful delivery of services and products
- Be the liaison between the business and its customers
- Support and co-ordinate all account activities
- Grow and strengthen inter team relationships
- Ensure all reporting is up to date and accurate
- Support all processes
Candidate criteria:
- Good communicator and relationship builder
- Confident, outgoing and caring
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Great attention to detail
- Of graduate calibre
- Experience of service delivery in telecommunications or IT
- Experience of reporting, reviewing and incident management
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO27001
Salary: From £30,000 to £40,000
Location: Midlands
