They  appreciate that every client and project is unique, which is why they  offer all of their  services on a bespoke basis.
They  love to create, not copy! Their  dedicated team of specialists are always thinking outside the box to produce refreshing ideas to help their customer’s  business stand out from the crowd.

Their  design team carefully consider every aspect of creation to deliver an engaging, responsive, functional design.
As they  are a full service digital agency they  combine their knowledge and expertise to create exceptional designs and strategies, tailored to their customers  business’s needs and requirements.

Key Features of the Role:
Excellent opportunity in a growing and vibrant company to us your strong design and (front-end) development skills to join a very talented web team.
You will be producing websites that not only look great - but  built with search engine and conversion performance in mind.
Great opportunity to integrate well in a talented team, but you will also be able to work alone and handle (except where there is an involved development requirement)  single small-medium sized projects on your own.
This will include requirement gathering and quoting, wireframes and design, through to development and sign-off.
You will be working with current content management systems.
You will use Joomla for a lot of the  CMS work.

Knowledge and Skills:
You will be a great all-rounder and will have commercial experience of producing websites that not only look great - but have been built with search engine and conversion performance in mind.
It is important that you have the mixed skill-set of not only being able to integrate well in a team, but you are also able to work alone and handle (except where there is an involved development requirement) a single small-medium sized project on your own.
This includes requirement gathering and quoting, wireframes and design, through to development and sign-off.
Strong customer skills are essential - including the ability to explain your ideas and feedback to a client where required.
Experience of working with current content management systems is important.
Although the Company currently use Joomla for a lot of their  CMS work, Joomla experience is not essential – the Company place emphasis on finding the right candidate with the necessary core design and development skills.
You should be self-motivated, with great planning and project management skills.
You should possess CSS and HTML skills (not just with a WYSIWYG such as Dreamweaver).
You will have responsive web design skills, experience of wireframe and mock-up generation.
You will have the ability to critique clients existing or proposed solutions and offer ideas based on their project needs.
You will be able to self-test work for accuracy and quality.

What’s on Offer?
Basis salary will be in a range of around £25-30k, depending upon your experience.
20 days annual leave increasing to 25 days, an extra day with every year of service plus bank and public holidays.
Other benefits include pension, smart casual dress code, coffee- literally on tap, pool table and games room.
Excellent internal promotion opportunities.
Working Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30, no late nights or weekends.
