Recruitment Qualification

Ambition People Development is an REC Accredited Centre which can deliver the fast track REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (QCF) via a 2 day workshop ready to sit your exam exclusively to TEAM members.

The REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (QCF) has been developed to provide recruiters and potential recruiters with an industry recognised qualification at the QCF level 3, which is equivalent to A Levels on the framework.

This qualification is Ideal for new and potential recruiters, this qualification will increase your personal effectiveness by providing practical and authoritative learning that will add value to the service you provide to clients and candidates.

Management Programme - Provides a range of comprehensive generic skills for individuals working in management roles. The five modules address different aspects of people and project & account management. 

Recruitment Programme - Essential Legislation & Compliance, Sourcing, Screening & Assessing Talent, Interview Techniques (including Competency and Behavioural Interviewing), Managing a Temporary Workforce, Permanent Placement Success, Vacancy Management

Sales Programme - Growing Your Business, Professional Business Conversations, Inspirational Presentations, Principled Negotiations
