My client needs an Accountant to help move their accounting from QuickBooks to Zohobooks
They started using Zoho for invoicing back in April 2018 but continued to produce accounts in QuickBooks.
With making tax digital they are going to have to move over to Zoho books and need someone who can replicate the transactions in QuickBooks (supplies payments, journal vouchers and receipts ).
There is not a large quantity of invoices 10 per week sales & 30 per month purchase – the person will deal with any reconciliations arising and sort out any issues that arise from the fact that the foreign currency is converted differently in each system
So they are looking for someone to do this for us - Preferably with Zoho and QuickBooks experience – but can give some training in Zoho as it is unusual
They are sure exactly how long this will take, so anyone doing it would have to be flexible as to length of the contract, but as there is, at the moment no desperate rush, it might suit someone who would do a few days a week?
It would suit someone who is experienced rather than a newly qualified so that they can get on with the work without by the minute supervision and can look up their own answers using the manual
