Job Description
Our client is looking for a Retail Account Manager to profitably develop their brands in specific travel retail sales channels and for driving new business and account management in EMEA in specific channels.
Role responsibilities:
- Identify key outlets and operators across EMEA
- Agree strategies for target channels i.e. Airlines, cruise and ferry lines, border stores, travel retail distributors, military and diplomatic
- Set and deliver volume and profit targets
- Build strong relationships with travel retail operators
- Identify brand building opportunities and optimise visibility of company brands
- Work with key retailers to identify and deliver growth
- Support the Group Travel Retail Manager as and when required
Candidate criteria
- A strong knowledge of MS Excel and pivot table
- Minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience
- Retail travel experience
- Strong customer focus with the ability to embrace change and demonstrate creativity
- Ambitious, resilient and an effective team player
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Location: London with some travel predominantly to Europe
Salary: up to £40K dependent on experience
