We are looking for a Contact Centre Trainer to join our client at their brand new centre in Warwick.
Our client is offering a salary of £25k and an excellent benefits package.
You will be responsible for the design and delivery of training portfolio consisting of programs, courses and learning interventions; conducting training needs assessment and evaluation; implementing new training programs and adjusting the existing ones; closely cooperating with the business partners in order to support the organization to achieve their short term and long term the business objectives.
