Trade Development Manager
45k - 50k + Excellent Benefits - plus bonus
International, high end, luxury brand, fashion & fragrance organisation require an experienced Trade Development Manager.
As a key player in this established company, you will be responsible for maximising the impact and ROI of trade plans across key retailers & you will manage the Trade Development Team to deliver established Data, Analysis and reporting functions to the UK Business.
In this busy and varied role you will be required to:
- Work with Commercial Team to build yearly BTL plan for all key retailers
- Maximise Retailers P & L's
- Act as UK Commercial Lead for cross company projects
- Full ownership of revenue management, commercial forecast process and retailer's P & L analysis
- Provide market intelligence, including pricing analysis and monitoring of competitors trade activity
- Effectively manage two team members, coaching, motivating and development
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills:
- Retail & wholesale experience - product specific
- Project management or consultancy lead experience
- Proven experience with business analysis, including shopper insights, consumer data and retail data experience
- Previous line management experience
- Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
