Mid-Level Associate – M&A/PE – Global Law Firm (Central & Eastern Europe)​

qualified in an Anglo-Saxon jurisdiction with 5+ years’ experience to join
their successful M&A / PE practice.  The work at this firm is “top

Responsibilities 

The role holder will be expected to advise clients on issues relating to share
and asset sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions and disposals as well
as domestic and international Corporate/M&A/PE transactions. You will
have experience in successfully managing these transactions including an
understanding of corporate acquisitions and corporate finance.

 

Requirements 

 


  • US, Canadian, Australian or South African
    qualified lawyer; 

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in M&A/Private
    Equity law gained in a top tier international law firm / 5 years + total
    law firm experience required;

  • Outstanding and unique experience;

  • Strong organizational and communication skills;

  • Native English is a must.
