Title: Telesales Executive
Salary: £17000- £22000 basic, achievable Bonus Structure and uncapped commission, expectations of OTE to be at least £36k including bonus.
Transport: Not necessary, close to transport links
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
One of our clients would now like to grow their sales division to match the increase demand in their services. As a result, we have an opening for a Telemarketing Executive to join a forward thinking and growing business.
This is a consultative sell requiring patience, professionalism and an ability to quickly establish rapport with a potential client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Finding out the name of the company decision maker and successfully getting through to them
- Asking probing questions to quickly establish whether our service would be suitable for the company
- Working to daily targets and making a high number of calls
- Giving advice on how our services will benefit their business
- Fully explaining regulations and compliancy
- Generating leads with the goal of booking appointments for the sales team
- Producing quotes to clients on a daily basis
Considered candidates will need the following experience:
- At least 1 years telesales experience (in B2B appointment setting would be a bonus, although not essential)
- The ability to work hard under pressure and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Be comfortable communicating with a variety of different levels of contacts
- The ability to quickly probe and qualify leads
- Plenty of initiative and be able to think on their feet
