We need a telesales candidate to drive the company’s product sales. The focus will be to chase up on an extensive list of prospect accounts to increase distribution of their product. The role will be required to build relationships these clients and other retailers to enable the opportunity to sell in the full range of the clients products.
The company is based in Totton, but are extending their search countrywide for the right candidate.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Increase sales and distribution of the company’s products throughout the UK
- Identify potential retailers to work with
- Increase customer database
- Process sales orders
- Drive awareness of the company’s portfolio
- Work with Trade Marketing Manager and retailers to implement a strong trade marketing plan
- Work with the European account manager to ensure that the European targets are delivered
- Update internal systems and Salesforce
Person / Experience Required
- MUST have experience within cosmetics/beauty industry - preferably male grooming.
- Min. 2 years (tele)Sales experience
- Experience of selling brands
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of All Microsoft Office programs
- A positive / can do attitude
