Job Description

Our client based in Bury, is one of the number 1 payroll providers within the UK today and is expanding its dynamic Bury based team.

The telemarketing executive role is an exciting position with the main purpose of outbound calls to generate interest in our clients payroll and HR products in order to make appointments for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities of this role include -

• Contacting businesses using data provisions to feed field sales team with new business sales opportunities via diarised appointments.
• Effectively following up on prospect data, inbound leads and marketing campaigns to build up and nurture a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities
• Ensure all key details - decision makers, incumbent suppliers and contractual periods are updated on ALL leads where possible.
• Use specialised tools, social media and news channels to identify business issues which help position Moorepay product and services to give us a competitive advantage.
• Adhere to the companies structure whilst achieving and surpassing KPI's set by your line manager
• Work closely with other departments where required within the company to ensure success in delivering a quality service to our clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will -

• have demonstrable experience of proven B2B Telemarketing experience , Payroll & HR software industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Evidence of achieving success through working to strict ‘key performance indicators’ (KPI’s) and of exceeding targets
• Confident and articulate with excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• IT Literate - proficient with packages at a basic level on MS Office.
