This role is based in Guilford. Salary: £18k - £25k + commission!

They run a non-scripted approach and only charge clients by results. By only charging by results they have successfully become integral to their business as well as an asset to their sales activity.
To support their continual growth, they are looking to recruit a Telemarketing Consultant who will be focused on generating appointments for their Clients. You will be targeted on the monthly fulfilment of criteria based, qualified meetings.
My client’s portfolio includes market leading Blue Chip organizations working across varied industry verticals including IT, Finance, Design, Education, Legal, Telecoms, Software Development and many other untouched market sectors.
You will be tasked at arranging appointments with prospects at senior management and Board level within all the business areas including, HR, Finance, IT, Employee Benefits, Legal and Facilities.
Their Client requirements vary and as you progress you will be working on campaigns that best suit your experience and skill set.
It is essential that Baobab Sales Recruitment’s successful candidates for the Telemarketing Consultant role has:
- The ability to engage and develop a conversation with a prospect and hold persuasive telephone skills.
- Preferably with at least 1 years’ experience in arranging appointments with senior level contacts.
- The ability to speak to high level decision makers in a professional, confident and credible manner.
