£30K + extensive benefits package
You will be required to work shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm on a rota basis.
You are also required to undergo SC clearance for this position.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Reporting into a Service Lead and Service Operations Manager the role will be based within the application support team, you will provide second line support and liaise with the client on daily basis. As part of your role you will providing solutions to application related Incidents and problems and will provide impact assessment in response to change requests and response to customer issues and requests.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You will have demonstrable experience of working within an Systems Administration/Application support environment and an understanding of UNIX administration and weblogic would be advantageous. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
