SYSTEM CO-ORDINATOR
TEMP
12 MONTHS CONTRACT
37 HOURS A WEEK DAY SHIFT
£15.08 PH
Our well established client based in Swindon is looking for an experienced System Co- Ordinator to join their busy team.
The Ideal Candidate will be accountable for:
- Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) – (ISO9001:2015 format)
- Maintenance of ISO14001:2015 standard
- Ensuring compliance are up to company standards
- Achievement of all related Internal Audits & their continued compliance
- Compliance to Health & Safety and Environment policies
- Lead waste management packaging
Responsibilities:
- Maintain IMS for the Company and/or Group
- Maintain effective and meaningful policies/procedures, as required
- Review existing policies and procedures and look for streamlining/rationalisation opportunities
- Assist Groups to develop an effective manual control system for Forms & Records
- Lead and carry out regular internal self audits, as part of the IMS system
- Lead monthly risk and compliance meetings.
- Develop and implement ideas to improve compliance to Corporate Governance
- Develop & implement appropriate plans for expanding AEO certification
- Develop and implement improvements to further enhance the IMS
- Continually improve all related Environment policies/procedures to ensure compliance including legal compliance, waste recycling, energy consumption, paper usage and legal compliance
- Identify opportunities for improving/reducing waste packaging usage
- Any other duties requested by HR/CG Manager
Skills
Must have:
- Experience of Integrated Management System Maintenance
- Ability to create effective policies & procedures to achieve appropriate accreditation
- Excellent attention to detail with systematic approach
- Planning & organising
- Ability to work on own initiative, with minimum supervision
- Positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
- Fully conversant with Microsoft office and Excel, Lotus Notes and PowerPoint
Desirable:
- Experience of Quality Management System development
- Experience of developing Health & Safety policies/procedures
- Experience of developing Environment policies/procedures
- Previous experience of AEO would be useful
- Work cross functionally supporting each area as required
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
