My client, a major public service provider, urgenty requires a Senior Solution Lead/Architect with Contact Centre experience, to support them to provide "Contact Centre as Service" to their clients.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in taking the lead on converting technological visions into blueprints. Work collaboratively within a matrix organisation, leading on IT solutions from inception/specification, integration, to delivery.
Working on projects including post-contract delivery.
Acting as the conduit between their area and the business
Public Service Providers, and/or private large matrix organisations such as JLR
This is a client-facing role, so although this role is home-based, there is a high percentage of travel attached, particularly travelling to client sites across the North West and sometimes Cardiff.
Predominately a cloud-based Microsoft SAAS, Azure, Agile and Prince 2 environment.
