Software Marketing Executive
£23-27k -Central Worcester – Foregate Street Station

We are looking for a Software Marketing Executive with an interest in all things technical to assist in the development, planning and execution of holistic and comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to develop customer awareness, knowledge and understanding. Responsibilities include:
Content creation and execution:
Plan, manage and deliver the marketing communications plan.
Driving the planning, execution and monitoring of multi-channel campaigns using elements such as social media, web pages, webinars, case studies, exhibitions, speaker events, adverts, email marketing etc.
Provide communication support for in person events.
Developing campaigns with a clear customer journey that builds knowledge and understanding and ends with actionable leads.
Developing specific metrics for customer touch points that analyse how customers and potential customers move through the opportunity funnel.
Work with product management to develop compelling content including PR and news items.
Identify potential link building opportunities. Prepare content, organise for link to go live and negotiate rates/deals if needed.
Write press releases, company profiles and other content for the website, new product launches, print media and exhibition.
Develop ‘hands on’ knowledge of key clients and contacts and help nurture these relationships via marketing communications/automation and channels, whilst also supporting the targeting of new clients and contacts.
Plan, manage and deliver social media content planner according to strategy.
Update the website and blog with relevant timely communications.
Maintain and update CRM/databases to support email marketing communications whilst ensuring GDPR compliance.
Help raise the company profile and its services through advertising and PR.
Undertake market research, analysis and reporting.
Support the Marketing Manager and others in the Marketing Team as required.
Develop library of imagery for online use (to brand guidelines).
Keep literature up to date and develop new content ideas.
Act as a brand guardian supporting the business with best practice.
Research ongoing best-practice for e-marketing, ensuring business is using best and most up-to-date methods.
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
Previous marketing experience in a B2B technology company.
Degree educated plus a CIM or equivalent marketing qualification.
Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Passion for all things digital and an aptitude for social marketing.
Ambitious and commercially focussed attitude along with a strong work ethic.
Drive and energy in your approach to managing several projects and campaigns at once.
Experience of marketing automation systems (HubSpot).
