Job Description

Software Implementation Consultant might suit someone in IT Support currently 

The role is a key element in the growth and success of the company - assessing the client's IT infrastructure and existing email practices - Assisting the client's IT team with the setup, configuration and deployment of the software - Providing administration and user training on site or remotely online

The role will also include technical pre-sales support assisting clients with the set-up of their trial of the product.

The company are a fast-growing software company, that helps businesses to manage their emails. Currently supporting over 2,000 businesses and 50,000 users across multiple industries worldwide.

The product is an add-in for Outlook – making it very easy for project teams to automatically file and share emails project emails

It is essential to the continued success of the company that this individual be energetic and motivated - who will work with new and existing customers for them to get the best out of their investment in the system.

The role is a full-time, permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week – there is flexible working available

You will need......

To learn and understand the technologies involved in using the product

Work closely with the sales team ensuring they have all the information they need to maximize the sales of the product

Maintain the product documentation and You Tube training video library

Maintain CRM records for the implementations.

Ideally you will......

Have worked within a fast-moving technical support department or for a client facing software company

Have extensive technical knowledge of the Microsoft desktop and network environments and Microsoft Outlook

 

You must......

Experience / good knowledge of the backend MS Office – of setting up or changing permissions for file sharing, file server locations – SharePoint, Network Drive set up

Be very customer centric

Be willing to go the extra mile to ensure all customers are highly satisfied

Be a very strong confident communicator

Work well and positively with all your colleagues

Learn new skills quickly

Travel to client locations – be able to work out of hours occasionally
