£20,174

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 5:30pm

Permanent Contract

 

We are currently recruiting for a Service Scheduler to work for a fast growing and successful organisation based in the Wolverhampton area.  The role would suit someone with previous engineer / resource scheduling experience who is used to working in a busy, fast paced environment with excellent communication skills.

Essential requirements:  The successful Service Scheduler must have:

·         Previous experience of UK Based engineer / resource scheduling within the reactive services market place

·         A good geographical knowledge of the UK

·         Experience of providing a high level of service, delivering tasks within strict deadlines.

·         Good standards of numeracy and literacy, ideally educated to A Level standard or equivalent

·         An excellent telephone manner with the ability to manage customer expectation

·         A good understanding of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel

 

The duties of the Service Scheduler are:

·         Overall responsibility for the allocation of jobs to the field engineers

·         Ensuring all engineers are utilised in a productive and cost effective manner

·         Managing the daily incoming workload to ensure customer targets are met

·         Manage all parts requests

·         Keeping customers updated at all times

·         Ensuring all completed calls are processed and updated effectively

·         Assist in the handling of installation activity and parts distribution

 

Salary: £20,174

Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday 09:00 – 5:30pm
