My client, a major public service provider, urgenty requires a Senior Solution Lead/Architect with Contact Centre experience, to support them to provide "Contact Centre as Service" to their clients.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in taking the lead on converting technological visions into blueprints. Work collaboratively within a matrix organisation to oversee IT solutions from inception to delivery.
Work closely with Bid Team, including responding to RFP,s, facilitate project alignment, etc
Public Service Providers, and/or private large matrix organisations such as JLR
This is a client-facing role, so although this role is home-based, there is a high percentage of travel attached, particularly travelling to client sites across the North West and sometimes Cardiff.
