Senior Sales Manager – German speaking
An interesting and innovative tech-start-up type client but with 10 years solid business growth has decided to really go for it in their solutions sector with evolution in the corporate market following a decade of sustained growth that they are really proud of.
They already have a global presence and their disruptive approach has created a great deal of business with incredible logos to show for it.
They have great offices in the City and love their people so they reward them with gym membership, free food (yes that’s a winner) healthcare and lots of added extras to make life easier.
The 'C' suite are really bright, innovative and high energy; they want to add to their team a sales person with a similar psyche!
The SALES MANAGER can be either;
A. Wants to take their sales up a level and know they have the personality to do it. Earning circa £50k base. Ideally in London. Proven track record in selling to HR and L&D ideally solutions based sales and used to hunting for the prospect.
B. An accomplished sales person circa £70k base, with a provable track record and a desire to lead a team, if not now say down the line in a 6 months. Must has SaaS or e-learning exposure. This could be based in DACH area, Germany or Austria or on the London offices.
We need a FLUENT GERMAN SPEAKER for this role.
This is a SaaS solutions selling role into corporate HR and L&D.
Learning, E-Learning, blended learning experience would be a distinct advantage.
You must have experience in spotting emerging trends.
Working with product teams to alter the offering to maximise the market.
Convert appointments to sales.
Be able to present in powerpoint in fluent or business German and English.
