My directly authorised client is looking for self-employed financial advisers who can self-generate (no leads given) upwards of £100,000 per year.
At £100,000 to £150000 they will pay 65% commission
At £150,000 to £200,000 they will pay 70% commission
At £200,000 upwards they will pay 75% commission
There will be no other deductions made from the fees/commissions generated and they will pay the balance to the adviser twice a month. They do not offer advances or employ advisors.
They will expect each adviser to keep up-to-date notes on their system 'Bluecoat' and must do so at a minimum standard level.
There are 10-15 active advisers in the business with 3 back-office support staff who assist with administration tasks however most successful advisers within the business choose to employ their own back-office staff.
They are a very fair and honest business and have a very good reputation in the market with excellent staff retention rates.
As an adviser within the business, you have the option to work from the office or remotely. The City of London office has several meeting rooms at your disposal.
