Job Description

Our client in Winchester wants to recruit a Salesforce.com Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful individual will be involved in all areas of Salesforce administration and development. This will be a blend of day to day operational and customer focused support to our sales and other teams requiring support of the development of any enhancements / design. Working alongside the business and 3rd parties, to design, enhance, and push forward the existing system structure. You'll be an experienced Salesforce.com administrator with the ability to utilise custom objects, workflows, approval processes and validation rules, ideally with a first line support background and with a passion for Analytics and advanced Excel skills (easily transferable to Google Sheets).

Job Role:

* Training and provision of day to day support for users, including travel to development and field based users
* Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team in terms of developing, scoping and providing that day to day support
* Designing and maintaining Training Materials for new or updated processes within Salesforce.com
* Day to day administration of the Salesforce.com system ensuring it meets the needs of the business and is continuously improved
* Advising on the development of reports and dashboards required by operational teams
* Maintenance of custom built areas and further development of functionality as identified via requirement gathering and process analysis
* Developing reports and data analysis internally and externally to salesforce
* Manage and maintain the security of sensitive data
* Co-ordinating with Information Systems Manager to provide support in response to internal requests
* Carry out any other duties as may be required, including; data management and liaising with other sections on data clarity
* There is occasionally a need for work to be done outside of normal working hours
* Although this role is primarily based in the Winchester office, some visits to our client's Cheltenham office, developments and to other field-based staff to provide support and training will be required

Preferred Skills:

* You must have previous salesforce.com analysis experience
* Experience of Google Apps for Work including Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Sites is highly desirable
* Strong data manipulation skills will be critical to the success of the role
* An understanding of the AppExchange, Workflows, Approval Processes and Pardot knowledge would be advantageous
* An inquisitive and analytical nature into reporting and results
* A passion for reporting and analytics
* A proactive and self-motivated individual able to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines alone or within a team environment
* A natural people person who can successfully build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

Associated Benefits:

* Salary 33 - 38k
* Bonus up to 10% of salary
* Annual leave 25 days plus bank holidays - increases with length of service to a maximum of 30 days which takes 7 years
