Job Description

My client is a revolutionary, market leader of construction project leads and industry analysis are currently looking for a Sales Trainer / Sales Performance Manager. They strongly believe in investing in their people in order to get the best from them, and you will be a key part of this process. This is a new and very exciting role where you will be working within an accomplished sales team focusing on their initial and ongoing training and development. You will be a key player in developing the talent at the heart of one of the fastest growing companies on the South Coast

The Role:

  • Ensure individuals are outperforming their peer group through activity and sales conversion and meeting minimum KPI requirements
  • Ensure every sales person knows what excellent looks like (skills, knowledge and behaviours) and has a personal development plan to get there
  • Takes revenue responsibility for the team, is accountable for their performance and holds a target to deliver team revenues
  • Develops, sets and monitors performance levels in terms of activity, effectiveness ratios and levels and F2F meetings
  • Ensures performance levels are kept high to meet and smash revenue targets.
  • Report sales KPIs, Fundamentals and Performance Management
  • Contributes to overall sales strategy


  • Sales leader background ideal with proven track record of delivery
  • Sales management and understanding of targeting, incentives
  • Experience of training and coaching
  • Experience of exhibitions an advantage but not essential
  • Confident in understanding and interpreting financial data
