Job Specification: Internal Sales Executive
Our client is looking to recruit a confident and motivated individual to join their Internal Quotation / Sales Team. £23,500 (depending on level of experience)
Overall Job Purpose:
To assist the Sales Manager to develop sales leads and opportunities by carrying out an all-round approach to the sales process, taking responsibility for the generation of leads and identifying new business.
They are looking for a capable, ambitious, hard-working and experienced salesperson with drive and ambition to join our team - someone who will add value to their business and help continue to make the business grow.
Role & Responsibilities:
·Identify incoming potential sales and progress them to orders.
·Successfully convert customer enquiries into profitable sales
·Contact new leads and lapsed customers to generate business.
·Respond to incoming customer enquiries from e-mails, telephone calls
·Produce customer quotations in an efficient manner.
·Follow up on quotations, get feedback from customers and secure orders.
·Maintain contact with a portfolio of existing.
·Internal sales experience - preferably dealing with business to business sales.
·Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn bespoke systems and programmes.
·Good numerical skills and strong IT abilities (knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software an advantage)
·Excellent time management and organisation skills
·Use initiative, be flexible and able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure and being able to think outside the box.
·Ensure all internal and external customer queries are responded to in the agreed time scales.
·Training will be provided.
