This is a London based business development role (sitting within the Sales team) with a focus on delivering business volumes in your own patch, with accountability for delivery of numbers across your team. The successful candidate will be targeted with.
Penetrating and growing the UK market in the working capital space.
Working with existing partners to manage maximum revenue streams.
Developing and building two to four year growth strategies for the business and ensuring delivery of numbers to the organisation.
Attendance at relevant trade shows.
Knowledge of invoice finance and receivables finance.
- An existing portfolio of customers is essential.
- Team player with proven team leadership.
- Ability to work on own under pressure and proven ability to work with all levels within a company.
- Ability to connect well with all internal departments to ensure transparency and strong communication and optimise leads through to converted business.
Ensure delivery of team targets and coach/ train where possible.
Build and grow the team along with the business.
