Job Description

Reports to: Sales Manager
Non Management Position 
Working Relationships with Business Development Manager & Executive Sales Assistant. 
Must be able to Drive as location is not near public transport. 

Baobab Sales Recruitment is pleased to advertise and resource for the above role on behalf of their client who is a manufacturer and distributor of goods through the UK in various sectors. 

Key Aims of the role:
To Increase sales by the target set with existing customers for your area of responsibility and maintain an average sales GP% level above 40%
Learn customer requirements and offer solutions, building effective customer relationships and work together as a team to achieve monthly/annual targets

Key responsibilities:
Manage and nurture existing customers in your regional area, developing relationships to establish customer requirements and offering solutions to meet their needs.
Focus on Key accounts to ensure they are properly cared for to enable growth and complete customer satisfaction
Look for new opportunities with existing customers for further sale of products
Structure and plan your day so that prime time can be spent talking to customers
Promote new products to all relevant customers within your area
Keep record of all activity with the customer in the CRM system, keeping all records up to
date
Provide support to Business Development Manager by completing action points after their
visit
Contribute to the BDM planner for appointments, creating detailed purpose for visit, liaising with the Executive Sales Assistant where necessary
Visit customers with BDM as required
Attend departmental meetings and submit relevant reports as required
Represent the Company on a quarterly basis at chosen exhibitions
Ensure quarterly targets are met through own individual performance, using relevant KPI’s
You may be required to perform other tasks as directed by your line manager to support other departments 

The interview process for this role is 2 stages and a phone interview and they are looking for some one who has experience in up selling in previous roles and can take on Key accounts and build rapport easily.
