Our client is an award winning company specialising in the design and build of creative and effective exhibition stands, display solutions and equipment. Established for over nearly 30 years the company has an enviable reputation for quality and knowledge of the global exhibition and display industry.
Working alongside one of their most experienced and respected members of staff it will be your responsibility to call customers and prospects on their CRM to find additional sales opportunities whilst learning the entire sales process on the job. This is predominately a telephone role but you may be required to visit clients at their premises or at the companies own offices.
You will be responsible for calling up to 100 customers and prospect each day, finding new opportunities whilst updating records and adding new contact details. You will be shadowing an experienced member of staff so that you will eventually become equipped to sell and deliver a complete range of exhibition and display related solutions in the future. This will include producing and following up quotations, raising purchase orders, speaking to suppliers and accurately managing the CRM.
With excellent customer service, sales and administration skills you will have a personality that puts customers first and have an ambitious appetite for success and progression. Capable of multitasking and working accurately at speed, you will have a larger than average work rate and be proud of your success and enjoy your customer’s delight in your efforts. Proficient user of Microsoft Office and CRM is essential.
