Role – Sales Administrator

 

Job Spec

 

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator for this market leader based in Solihull

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reservation forms checked.

  • Forms checked, scanned and updated.

  • To maintain information on Help to Buy

  • Any errors/queries to be raised

  • Checking the weekly sales notes to ensure orders are correct

  • Processing meter readings and council tax notification following legal completion

  • Quotations to be followed and any issues to be flagged to the Sales Office Manager and

  • A transparent and visible record of quotes, orders, incentives and payment

  • To ensure all sales activity is in accordance with the Property Misdescription Act.

  • To adhere to the Consumer Code

  • To comply with the Data Protection Act

  • Attend weekly sales meetings at head office, taking notes of meeting and distributing

  • Ensuring weekly the contract chasing sheets are available in good time for the weekly sales/build

  • Update all price lists

  • Responsible for completing weekly reports in the absence of the Sales Office Manager

  • Provide training to any new sales advisors joining the organisation

  • Ensure all new starters have IT user names and passwords ready for their start date

 

Person Specification:

  • A clear, effective and professional communicator in both verbal and written communication who is self- motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative and under pressure.

  • Highly organised, structured and able to effectively time manage themselves in order to work to demanding deadlines

  • A positive and proactive style and attitude that is able to respond well to pressure and demands of colleagues

  • To be well presented with a professional manner

  • To contribute positively in team activities, meetings and discussions.

  • A high standard of literacy and numeracy demonstrated through minimum GCSEs is required.

Be able to demonstrate the use of: email, word, excel, internet and be computer literate.
