Our client is looking for a Risk and Compliance Officer to work closely with the Risk, Compliance & Quality Manager and Compliance Officer to ensure that the Firm complies with its regulatory obligations. This role will also be ensuring the compliance relating to money laundering and the adherence from all employees on internal risk management.
This leading, well-established company provides a legal advice service for a wide group of successful businesses and individuals and have several offices across Surrey.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Providing advice and guidance on any issues relating to data protection compliance across the firm
- Working closely with the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration regarding compliance relating to money laundering
Knowledge Skills and Experience
This role is looking for an individual who has had previous working experience in a legal firm and qualification in a legal capacity or a law degree is highly desirable. You must have exceptional administrative and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essential, and you must be a team player.
