Position: Retentions Team Leader 
Location: Leeds (LS16)
Salary: £23,500 basic (£27,000 OTE) 
Hours: 8.45am - 17.15pm (and an early finish on a Friday)

Opportunity:

Our award-winning and rapidly expanding client are looking for a Retentions Team Leader, with a strong customer-focused background. They will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service, and at times up-selling our client's unique motor-based product, in order to retain as many customers as possible. This therefore requires strong interpersonal skills and an ability to either maintain or strengthen existing customer relationships.

Importantly, the successful candidate will be able to effectively manage, coach, and motivate a team of people in order to not only meet but exceed their targets. They will also be responsible for interviewing, recruiting, training and mentoring their team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Customer Service Team Leader role within a contact centre environment, or similar
  • Experience of working in a sales-based office environment is preferable
  • Management and leadership expertise is essential
  • Experience of coaching and developing team members
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • A good communicator, with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Target conscious and results-driven
  • At least a C, or equivalent, in English and Maths GCSE
