Job Description

Our client is a leading care and education service business who provide the best support and solutions to some of the most difficult challenges involving young people. They have various services located throughout England and they are proud to offer strong education standards and excellent care standards to the younger people they support.

They have an opportunity for a Residential Manager to lead their 3 bedded service in Staffordshire. This is a GOOD rated OFSTED registered service.

The ideal candidate for my client will be an experienced manager who has vast experience in working with young people within a behavioral and emotional difficulty capacity. You will have experience of managing a similar service/within a similar role.  Candidates at Deputy level may be considered.

Alongside this, you will hold NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma in Childrens and Young People's Workforce or a Level 5 in Leadership for Health, Social Care, Children and Young People.

A caring attitude and ability to build rapport with young people is essential.
