£30-40k + OTE
Fantastic opportunity to spear head a new agency created from the need to recruit for a growing organisation. This project has now become its own business and we are looking for someone to be at the forefront of its growth.
Experience of a start-up culture
Knowledge of building a brand/marketing
5+ years in agency environment
Proven experience of managing a team of consultants
Proven capability of delivering and implementing strategy and project based work
A strong, dynamic individual looking to make their mark.

Obvious leadership skills.
Must be willing to fully involve themselves in the process.
Individual expected to come on and take charge of the new team, leading them through new business development and supporting through the hurdles associated with any start up business.
The Recruitment Manager will be expected to set and manage KPI’s for the team – using own experience to ensure that targets are achievable and forward-thinking – but will also be responsible for setting the strategy and targets for the development and growth of the business and communicating these to the board.
Successful candidate will be responsible for day to day management of the team, including HR, direction and management of workloads.
The Recruitment Manager will be expected to liaise with the Marketing Department to ensure consistent development and maintenance of the growing brand.
Alongside management duties, there is an expectation for the individual to carry out business development and recruitment activities.
