Job Title: SHEQ Manager
Department: Quality
Reporting to: Managing Director
Main Purpose: To lead, support and develop the business on Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality matters.
Responsibilities/Duties
1 To develop and maintain integrated quality systems in accordance with the requirements of IATF16949, ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.
2 Provide support in developing, reviewing and monitoring of the SHEQ Plan and objectives and targets. Identify initiatives to improve performance and assist in addressing areas of poor performance.
3 Champion the audit program to include Quality Management System (QMS), Product and Process audits to schedule.
4 Manage the business response and problem solving techniques (8D) that address customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
5 Lead the NPI/APQP/PPAP Processes
6 Provide support in developing, reviewing and monitoring the SHEQ Culture
7 Identify areas of risk and develop measures to reduce and control
8 Participate with the manufacturing team to ensure product is manufactured in line with Customer’s expectations.
Measured Principle Accountabilities
1 Experience in health, safety, environment and quality within a fast paced manufacturing facility.
2 Good academic qualifications, educated to degree standard or equivalent, minimum NEBOSH certificate or equivalent. Environmental qualification desired.
