Job Description
This fast growing communications business is looking for a Programme Manager to co-ordinate and manage programmes, ensuring consistency and reliability.
The role:
- Plan, design and monitor the programme
- Manage the overall budget
- Ensure delivery of products and services are on time and within budget
- Manage all communications both internal and external
- Consistently work to improve processes and procedures
- Create and maintain focus and enthusiasm
Candidate criteria:
- Minimum 5 years programme management experience
- Telecommunications industry experience with a particular focus on programme management and services i.e. MPLS, VPLS, Leased Lines, Internet Access and DSL services
- Experience of working with Telecoms providers such as BT, Colt, Virgin-Media, and Vodafone
- Public Sector programme management experience would be a bonus
- Strong experience in project planning, process improvement and project management principles
- Previous experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow Remedy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player
Salary: C £100K
