Planned Maintenance Manager

 

We are currently looking to recruit a Planned Maintenance Manager for a successful company that design and manufacture Precision Engineered Tooling and Equipment supplying the Aerospace, Automotive and Machine Tool Sector.

Salary; £35,000 – £40,000

 

The successful Planned Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

•    Implementation of planned maintenance systems
•    Creation of planned maintenance KPI sheets for Service Engineers
•    Managing site planned maintenance (Customer Sites)
•    Dealing with customers, implementing new planned maintenance systems
•    Creation of new contracts for onsite planned maintenance
•    Ensuring Service Engineers are completing jobs within deadlines
•    Training and development of the engineering team (Customer service and delivery)
•    Completing technical questionnaires on customer maintenance requirements
•    Understanding customer requirements
•    Utilising company services including Electrical and Mechanical product maintenance
•    Delivering planned and reactive maintenance support
•    Ensuring customers have technical support with company products

The successful Planned Maintenance Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

•    Previous Maintenance Experience
•    Understanding of Planned Maintenance Systems
•    Management Experience (5+ Years)
•    Face to Face Customer Experience
•    Experience of Contracts, PPM Systems and Service Delivery

The suitable candidate will have worked as a Service Manager, Maintenance Contracts Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Manager and would have gained significant experience within the Planned Maintenance Systems and Processes.
