Essential requirements:  The successful Payroll Team Leader will have:

  • Experience of managing a Payroll Team

  • In depth knowledge of payroll and benefits processes and policies

  • Knowledge of escalation procedures, SLAs etc.

  • HR expertise – personnel, administration, payroll – is desirable

  • Computer skills - including MS Office and SAP HR

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Be target driven, well organised and results oriented.

The duties of the Payroll Team Leader are:

  • To provide management to a team of payroll administrators

  • Provide expert assistance in outsourced services

  • To ensure effective and efficient delivery of service

  • To analyse and solve client queries

  • Dealing with escalated requests and enquiries requiring payroll expertise.

 

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000
