The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Parts Advisor, or will have worked in a similar role within the Motor industry.
You will be a highly motivated, customer-focused individual, willing to go the extra mile and be able to communicate effectively.
You will be joining a competitive, yet friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress within a multi-franchise dealership.
Duties will include:
- Managing parts and accessory stock levels to meet workshop requirements, whilst dealing with telephone, online and face-to-face parts enquiries
- Managing stock visably, you will ensure all necessary personnel have accurate information on parts availability
- Following the parts processes and systems to deliver excellent customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability, identifying and developing opportunities to increase sales
